Alibaba.com's AI Tool 'OKKI' Helps Taiwanese SMEs with Foreign Trade.

To help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Taiwan accelerate their adoption of AI technology and seize global business opportunities, Alibaba.com today (the 18th) announced the official launch of the "OKKI AI Data Manager - Upgraded Version" in Taiwan, an affordable AI tool for foreign trade customer acquisition. Offered on a subscription basis, it provides various functions that fit the foreign trade scenarios of SMEs, including precise lead targeting, proactive smart marketing, and comprehensive CRM management. This allows Taiwanese SMEs to easily adopt advanced AI tools for foreign trade and reach 150 million potential B2B buyers worldwide.

As a leading online B2B platform for foreign trade, Alibaba.com has observed during its long-term efforts to assist Taiwanese SMEs in their trade transformation that many SMEs often face the challenge of lacking professional assistance, such as being unable to effectively identify target customers or track client activities.

This makes it difficult for them to connect with professional buyers and break through fierce global trade competition, even when their products are of excellent quality. According to an Alibaba.com survey, 70% of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises have accepted optimization suggestions provided by the "AI Business Assistant" service launched by Alibaba.com earlier this year, leading to a significant improvement in their trade efficiency.

Recognizing that businesses require AI tools not just for business negotiations but also for marketing, Alibaba.com is launching the affordable AI subscription service for foreign trade, "OKKI AI Data Manager - Upgraded Version," for Taiwanese SMEs.

It hopes to create an end-to-end AI solution in conjunction with the AI Business Assistant to assist enterprises.

With the help of AI tools, businesses can accurately grasp potential opportunities and revolutionize the logic of foreign trade marketing.
